What began as building a tool internally to automate conversion and retention campaigns, grew quickly into a Dream – How can we give companies and marketers the tools to create exceptional, personalized customer experiences, to build a world where people feel delight when their favourite brands hit their inboxes. Where people feel understood, aligned and heard.
Founders Gary Mullen and Chris Bartolo, your typical engineers, were heavily data focused, and what better field then marketing to play the video game of life and optimize for the highest score. Increased Open rate, Lower CAC and Higher LTV. But as the months went on, a realization formed. Something so profoundly obvious, that it gets lost in plain sight.
In optimising for KPI’s, we forgot that the name, email address, phone number – There’s a real person behind it. A real person who’s goal is not there to boost your numbers, but rather looking for value, and looking for belonging.
